Meet Our Food Trucks | bakerytruck

By now you’ve probably had food cooked on a truck’s grill, but have you had food baked in a truck’s oven?  If you stop by bakerytruck when you’re at the Foodie Fest, you’ll get to try cream puffs fresh out of the truck’s oven and filled just for you.  You can also gobble up one of their dessert shots or a delicious carrot cake cupcake slathered in cream cheese icing.

Hang around the truck long enough and you can watch owners Donna Collier and Tina Trujillo mix, bake, fill, and frost their sweets.  They pride themselves on using quality ingredients, including Madagascar bourbon vanilla and Guittard chocolate, which when combined create little morsels of joy.

    Our family and friends have enjoyed quite a variety of Morsels from Donna and Tina. Everything from cupcakes to cakes to those fabulous cream puffs!!! Everyone should stop by the Morsels truck. You won’t be disappointed.

    I ordered a red velvet cup cake and a chocolate coconut one. They didn’t mess up my order, they messed up my name…waited over 40 minutes, not including the line wait. They kept calling out the name Paul…my name is Phil, therefore I did not respond. When they had run out of red velvet cup cakes I asked them what’s going on. They discovered their mistake too late and since Paul did not respond they had decided to just sell the cup cakes off to somebody else. And instead of giving me freshly cooked cup cakes, they gave me a defective broken chocolate coconut they felt unworthy of selling and 3 other smaller items I knew nothing about…no I’m not happy about it, I’ve been craving a red velvet cup cake for a looooong time now and something as simple as reading a name wrong is ridiculous. How can you confuse Phil with Paul?!?! Even a cursive “h” looks nothing like a cursive “a”

    You should have seen the look n my son’s face when he ate one of Donna & Tina’s red velvet cupcakes at the Foodie Fest. He was in heaven. We had the carrot & chocolate too. They were the best! I have been raving to my friends about it ever since.
