Meet our Food Trucks Special Feature | Debbie Lee of Ahn-Joo Truck

The OC Foodie Fest is extremely excited to have the Ahn-Joo truck bring their spin on Korean food truck grub to OC on 8/28.  The new food truck comes to us from the mastermind of Chef Debbie Lee, which is widely recognized for  her appearance on The Next Food Network Star.  The word Ahn-Joo is a true definition of what the food truck stands for, which is delicious “pub grub.” 

The gourmet food truck serves up a modern twist on Korean pub food include things like robata, or grilled skewers, the kimchi of the day and Mama’s meatloaf, which is made with ground rib eye and shitake mushrooms. Also on board is Debbie’s own culinary take on “KFC,’ otherwise known as her grandmother’s recipe for Korean fried chicken.
