Meet Our Food Trucks | Don Chow Tacos

Don Chow’s “Chino-meets-Latino” fusion cuisine blends the best of Chinese and Mexican flavors. Kung Pao Chicken Tacos and smoky Chinese BBQ Pork Burritos are just a few menu standouts. They’re especially proud of their Chimales—meat-stuffed masa wrapped in corn husks and steamed. Carne Asada Chow Fun is another meal that’s in demand.

Guy Fieri even stretched beyond his typical “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” to stop by the truck and watch chef Ernie Gallegos whip up several of the truck’s specialties. Watch this video and you won’t be able to pass up the Don Chow truck on Saturday.

On Saturday’s menu is a three-taco sampler for $6: a Kung Pao Chicken Taco, a Chinese BBQ Pork Taco, and an Ultimate LA Taco (carne asada sprinkled with cilantro, salsa, bacon, and grilled onions). If you’re really lucky, the Don Chow guys will bring the same Kung Pao Chicken Chimales that Ernie made for Guy.
