Kona Ice Beach Cities (KIBC) is a mobile shaved ice experience offering the coolest, most refreshing treats around for kids of all ages.  You can choose your own combination of ten sweet flavors from the Flavor Wave on the Kona Entertainment Vehicle and pour them over ice that’s soft and fluffy like snow.  If you’re feeling like you’re on caloric overload on Saturday you can even apply some sugar-free flavors to your shaved ice for a close-to-guilt-free dessert.

KIBC is a strong believer in giving back to the community, and to that end they’ll donate a dollar from every large Kona sold at the OC Foodie Fest to the event charities.  There are plenty of options to choose from for that large Kona, but one of the best (and certainly the most patriotic) choices is the Red, White & Blue, which combines cherry, pina colada, and blue raspberry flavors to please your palate.

    This (IMO) was the best truck there. We had some Korean BBQ, some sushi rolls… But this made the $15 parking, the hour long waits to get in, and the sun burn worth it. We had the melona with coconut mix. The vanilla icecream at the bottom was great!
