Chef Jason Quinn and business partner Daniel Shemtob of The Lime Truck are committed to serving only the finest food made with the freshest ingredients. Jason has an impressive culinary pedigree, having worked at Kerry Simon’s restaurant at Sofitel Los Angeles, Charlie Palmer at Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza and other fine establishments. Not content to cook other chefs’ menus, he teamed up with Daniel and hit the road in a bright green truck.


Jason and Daniel’s concept mixes ultra-healthy dishes like roasted beet salad (those beets are combined with goat cheese, walnuts, oranges, and mint) and blue crab ceviche with naughty selections like The Effing Burger (red onion marmalade, blue cheese, mozzarella, and arugula surrounded by a homemade parmesan-pretzel bun) and carnitas fries that blogger Anita L. (Diary of a Mad Hungry Woman) calls “sinfully good”. Their refreshing aguas frescas and limeades have also been getting a big following.
