Meet Our Food Trucks | Dan Dan BBQ

The word “dan” is used in Korean martial arts to describe the different black belt ranks that practitioners can achieve. The Dan Dan BBQ masterminds chose that term because they feel that their food, staff, and experience should be classified as black belt. The Dan Dan team believes that Korean-Mexican fusion will stand the test of time and they have carved out their own little niche in the world of fusion trucks.
