Meet Our Food Trucks | The Shrimp Guys

One trip to Hawaii was all it took to inspire Rich and Rico to launch a shrimp truck like the ones that are found on Oahu’s North Shore. If you’ve ever eaten from one of those trucks, visiting The Shrimp Guys should bring back the memory of that meal. If you’ve never had that opportunity, you might book a ticket to Hawaii once you’ve tried their shrimp because you’ll understand why dining from a shrimp truck is such a special experience.

Their Spicy Garlic Butter Shrimp could be the item that makes you start checking flight schedules. It’s a fusion of flavorful garlic, butter, Thai chilies, and a blend of exotic spices. The shrimp is finished off with fresh lemon juice and served with three scoops of rice. Maybe it’ll be the Coconut Lime Shrimp, the favorite dish of Misty from the blog Noms, Not Bombs. Perhaps it won’t be a shrimp dish at all. For some people all it takes is some Loco Moco to give them the aloha spirit (you can get that, too). Whatever you pick, it’s bound to be good!

More information about The Shrimp Guys can be found on Twitter, Facebook, or their website.
