Blueberry Oats In Cantaloupe Bowl

Ingredients:
½ Cantaloupe
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup of rolled oats
1 cup of almond milk
1 ½ tbsp of chia seed
1 tbsp of buckwheat groats
½ cup of blueberries

Instructions:
For this recipe, you should begin by mixing the oats, almond milk, chia seed, groats, blueberries and maple syrup in a bowl, then you should place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. While you are waiting you can go ahead and scoop out the seeds from the cantaloupe and throw them out. Next, scoop out most of the cantaloupe flesh so it can be used as bowl. The last step is to dice up ½ cup of the cantaloupe flesh and add it to the oat mixture.

Overnight Oats Blueberry Cashew Cream

 

Ingredients
½ mashed banana
½ cup of oats
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
Blueberry cream ingredients
½ banana (preferably frozen)
½ cup of blueberries
1 medjool date
2-4 tbsp of dairy free milk
2 tbsp cashew nuts

Instructions:
For the oat mixture, all you have to do is mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, make sure you mash the banana before you mix. For the blueberry cream, put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend till the mixture is smooth. Next, add oats to the bottom of the container you will be using to serve, then add the blueberry cream and put in the fridge overnight so you can enjoy it in the morning.

Lemon, Thyme and Honey Oats

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of honey
Extra honey
½ cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup Greek Style yogurt
⅓ cup of milk
2-3 sprigs of thyme

Instructions:
First, mix the oats, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, yogurt and milk in a bowl. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems and throw the stems out before you mix the leaves into the oatmeal with the honey. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge over night. In the morning all you have to do is drizzle some more honey over the mixture before you can enjoy your breakfast.

Gingerbread Chocolate Oats

Ingredients:
2 cups of oats
¼ cup of chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
Cacao Nibs

Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients except for the cacao nibs in a jar. Mix the ingredients together as much as possible. Place the bowl (covered) in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top the mixture with the Cacao nibs and you are done! Enjoy!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats

Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries
2 cups oats
2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon of sea salt
2-3 Stevia packets

Instructions:
First, you should put the strawberries and 2 tbsp of chia seeds into a small microwavable bowl. Microwave for about a minute, after you take the bowl out, mash the mixture with a fork. Next, mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl until you have an even mixture. Now, you must add the strawberry chia sauce and the oatmeal mix in four glasses (make sure you alternate layers). Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and put them in the fridge over night. In the morning the mixture should be ready to eat.
