Kristin and Pat Rosowick were inspired to create the Get Shaved truck after their Hawaiian honeymoon. Their mission is to provide the highest quality and best tasting Hawaiian-style shave ice to Southern California. All of the syrups are made from scratch with real cane sugar. Those syrups can be combined in an almost infinite variety of mash-ups, but if you’re someone who gets overwhelmed by too many choices, just go for the Monkey Brains, which is a blend of strawberry and banana syrups with vanilla ice cream and sweetened condensed milk.
