Nom Nom Truck is a female-owned mobile food truck that serves “banh mi”, or Vietnamese sandwiches, and other Vietnamese-inspired dishes. Their goal is to make their fans, known as Nomsters, happy by serving fresh Vietnamese fare to people on the go. There are lots of banh mi options in SoCal, but if you haven’t tried one yet, ask for their Honey Grilled Pork Banh Mi when order on the 28th! It’s a secret recipe that’s sure to make you say “nom nom nom” when you eat it.

Meet Our Food Trucks | Dos Chinos

When asked what he’d consider to be his signature dish, Hop Phan from Dos Chinos responded, “I always tell [people] that it’s like asking a parent which child is their favorite.” With dishes like Bolsa Roast Pork Belly and Garden Grove Short Rib to choose from, it’s easy to see why it’s so difficult for this local boy to narrow down to just one choice. Eventually he broke down and said it was a tossup between that pork belly (which he feels ties in best to his Vietnamese heritage) and the Oahu Shrimp, which is paired with pineapple salsa and brings back memories of shrimp trucks in Hawaii.
